WHY YSL

It is a myth that only landlords can afford to play sports and games, but it’s not so. The economically disadvantaged people also desired to play sports and games in the international arena but due to some situations they drop it.

Their dream remains only in their dreams and finally makes it possible only in the streets. This is the condition of the talented young players in the present scenario. This was due to improper guidance and poor economical status which blocks the way to success. To break the situation and to provide proper guidance the YSL was initiated.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF YSL

• The Youth Sports League shall work for the all round development of the community.
• YSL develops the educational status nation wide to bring discipline and relief from drug addiction, sexual harassment etc.
• The Youth Sports League shall make arrangements on charitable grounds for adult’s literacy especially for illiterate adults, handicaps and other unprivileged section of the society.
• The Youth Sports League shall develop the qualities of leadership and brotherhood amongst the youths.
• To promote and develop the sports and games in the grass roots level for boys and girls.
• To seek such International and National Affiliation this may be instrumental in the development of games.
• To secure participation in international contests.
• The out come of the project is to built the relation between the village group peoples with the foreigners.

• This Tournament will be conducted at State, National and International levels.
• To conduct Umpire Clinic, Coaching Seminars.

• To promote, control and if necessary, finance visits of foreign teams to India and Indian teams to foreign countries on rotations basis.

FUTURE PROJECTION FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SPORTS & GAME

YSL PRIVATE LIMITED

Development of Under – 10 & 12 Sports & Games in schools

The project is for the development of young sportsman to evolve from mostly rural and urban areas of Tamilnadu.

Basic idea is selecting Under- 10 & 12 players on Zone basis and the winners and runners of the same will play inter-district matches.

(Zonal matches will include 4 districts in one Zone with several players playing with the winners and runners playing the inter district matches. There will be Eight Zones representing 32 Teams all across Tamilnadu.)

Development of Under-15 & 18 School Level Sports & Games

In this Level the players will be made to play District matches with WINNERS & RUNNERS going forward to play Zonal matches and the winners of Zone Level going forward to play inter-district matches.

Winners from this category will go on to play Inter State tournament and the winners in this category moving forward to play All India Tournaments.

Talent Hunt for College Level Sportsman

Basically there is no infrastructure available at present for developing players who start to play from College Level. So our idea is to provide opportunities for these players to play District matches with WINNERS & RUNNERS going forward to play Zonal matches and the winners of Zone Level going forward to play inter-district matches.

Winners from this category will go on to play Inter State tournament with the winners in this category moving forward to play All India Tournaments. And to be noted that the whole lot of talented sportsman should come under the age group of two sections being Under – 20 & 23.

OPEN CATEGORY

This Category is for hunting gifted sportsman from Under – 22 & 25 who haven’t got any chances for studying or playing in their earlier times. This will be an innovative step in grooming these gifted sportsman who otherwise would haven’t been spotted. This level tournament will be conducted first on District basis with the Winners going for to play Inter District & All India tourneys.

Basic result of conducting this innovative structural cycle is to create several world class sportsman from Tamilnadu by YSL PRIVATE LIMITED.
